Like all Pavel DVDs you may look and think they're pricy but all you are getting is no nonsense straight forward instructions on how to improve yourself.Value Quality
I am a personal trainer / gym instructor and Pavels techniques are far from what I've been taught when I took my degree but the results are instant, less painful and easier.
